The kuripé is a ceremonial tool used to administer rapeh, a sacred jungle snuff for grounding, opening, and cleansing, to one’s self. This is made by traditional artisans of Peru. The wood used is Palo Sagrado (sacred wood in English), a high quality and sacred wood of the Amazon. The piece also features Peruvian turquoise, carved bone, beadwork, leather, and macaw feather.

Size and accents may vary slightly from listing. The proceeds from these sales go directly back to the artisans of the jungle, to support their craft and lifestyles.
