The tepi is a ceremonial tool used to administer rapeh, a sacred jungle snuff for grounding, opening, and cleansing. This is a beautiful hand carved bamboo tepi. The art is in the tribal style of mostly the Yawanawa and Katukina tribes using their sacred Kenês representing their spirit guides. Bamboo tepis provide a smooth and consistent blow.
