The tepi is a ceremonial tool used to administer rapeh, a sacred jungle snuff for grounding, opening, and cleansing. This tepi is made by traditional artisans of Peru. The wood used is Palo Sangre (blood wood in English), a high quality and sacred wood of the Amazon. The piece also features the quills of the porcupine, which represents protection and good luck, and gemstones.
