The tepi is a ceremonial tool used to administer rapeh, a sacred jungle snuff for grounding, opening, and cleansing. They are made by traditional artisans of Peru. The wood used is Palo Sangre (blood wood in English), a high quality and sacred wood of the Amazon. The piece also features feathers of the rainbow Macaw (humanely harvested), and the Capi, or "Yage" vine, which is a sacred master plant medicine for the people of the Amazon. The vine carries the feminine and healing spirit of Mother Earth and the jungle. Size and accents may vary slightly from listing. The proceeds from these sales go directly back to the artisans of the jungle, to support their craft and lifestyles.
