Shamanic sound healing is a form of sonic acupuncture that uses sound frequencies to restore balance and harmony within the body. It is rooted in ancient traditions where music, chants, and instruments were used to connect with the spiritual world. This practice taps into our body’s natural ability to heal and rejuvenate by accessing the subconscious mind. The vibrations and frequencies created during a sound healing session allow participants to release negative energies, trauma, and emotional blockages while reawakening their inner wisdom, strength, and intuition. During this journey, participants will experience an immersive soundscape created using a variety of musical instruments, including: Didgeridoo – An ancient Australian Aboriginal wind instrument known for its deep, resonating vibrations that ground and align the body. Tuvan Throat Singing – A unique vocal technique from Central Asia that creates harmonics believed to connect listeners to their ancestors and the natural world. South American Icaros – Sacred songs used by Amazonian shamans to call in healing spirits, protect the space, and guide participants through their journey. Native American Medicine Songs and Flutes – These sounds are deeply tied to spiritual healing and the natural rhythms of the earth, bringing peace and inner balance. Jawharps, Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Singing Bowls – These instruments produce pure, harmonic tones that resonate with the chakras, helping to realign the body’s energy centers. African Kalimba and Ngoni – These African stringed instruments evoke the sound of the soul, soothing the mind and promoting relaxation. Steel Drums – Known for their uplifting and meditative tones, these drums help create a calming atmosphere Each of these instruments is used in combination with an electronic loop station interface, layering the sounds to build a rich, evolving auditory experience.
